We had a lovely vacation last week in northern Idaho and Montana. We saw some old friends, tried some new adventures, and enjoyed the last few days of summer - and the last week of having our son with us. He left for college yesterday and it will take us a while to get used to not having him here every day.
The most beautiful part of our trip was the "Going to the Sun Road" through Glacier National Park. We were fortunate to have good weather, and it wasn't crowded. The red "Jammer" isn't our's - they have these all over the park for visitors to ride in. The hotel is at St. Mary's Lake.
Wow - what a trip!!!!! Love that Red Jammer! And the mountain goats - and the mountains!
