Bright Centerpiece

A very creative centerpiece at a dinner I attended last week. The mason jars were filled with battery-operated lights which illuminated the tables.

The edge of the red on the right was a construction hat used to hold bread rolls.

And the dessert was a delicious chocolate mousse which was passed around and shared at the table. (It was originally placed on top of the glass containers holding the light bulbs.) Fun stuff!

It's a little hard to see, but if you look under the dessert, you'll see the menu which was printed and then cut in a circle to fit under the clear glass charger.
